Who exactly are we?

We are a small, focused, slow fashion design studio led by a Polar Bear named Arloe. Possessed of a rather particular set of standards, Arloe believes that if something is worth making, it’s worth making well and in very small numbers.

How do I get my hands on a piece?

We operate on a made to order basis. Instead of keeping a permanent stock, we release single items in highly limited runs.
When a drop begins, the shop opens for a brief window to accept a limited number of commissions. Once we hit our production capacity for that run, the doors close so we can focus entirely on crafting each individual piece.

What exactly arrives at my door?

You aren't just getting a package; you’re receiving a commissioned piece. Each delivery is curated to reflect Arloe’s standards for a proper introduction to the House:

  • The Piece: Your 500gsm heavyweight hoodie, crafted from premium washed cotton and finished with our signature silver fox inner lining.
  • The Presentation: The hoodie arrives housed in a custom-designed hardcover collector’s box, built to stay on your shelf rather than in the bin.
  • The Extras: Inside, you’ll find a dedicated House of Oops tote bag for daily use and a few small nods to the brand’s current narrative.

We believe the unboxing should feel as intentional as the design itself. No plastic mailers, no shortcuts.

I’ve placed my order. How long before I’m wearing it?

Because we are a small, focused, slow fashion design studio, we don't believe in the rush of the modern world. Every piece is Made to Order, meaning its journey begins the moment your order is confirmed.

Typically, it takes about 10 to 14 business days for Arloe to oversee the crafting, quality control, and premium packaging of your specific hoodie. We know the wait is a bit longer than what you might be used to, but that is the price of intentionality. Good things take time; exceptional things take a little longer. We’ll keep you updated as your piece moves from the studio to your door.

How do I get an invitation to the next opening?

Joining the private guest list is the only way to ensure you are notified the moment we open for a new round of commissions.
